Product Development Manager

We are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about building products that customers love to join our Product Management team.

The Product Development Manager will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products and services that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. This role requires a unique blend of technology, strategic insights, business acumen, and operational knowledge.


Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in product development

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

  • Proficient in Agile software development methodology

  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and prioritize work

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and has a keen eye for detail

  • MS/BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Studies or equivalent preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate product development projects

  • Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret information about the market, competitors, consumers, and products

  • Identify customer "problems to solve" (identify market opportunities), and translate these observations into actionable product/marketing strategies

  • Research and monitor existing client base and industry developments and identify potential new product opportunities

  • Generate product requirements and determine specifications and pricing

  • Ensure that product specifications are consistent with client/partner requirements and overall product vision

  • Identify and work with potential service providers or partners to develop services or features that enrich the product offerings of the company

  • Work with other departments to establish a design, technology, product development, and vendor strategy

  • Negotiate business terms with service providers and partners

  • Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets
